Our Story

The company was established by Annette Tresp, who has been working in human resources and management diagnostics for more than 26 years. After her studies in psychology (University of Düsseldorf), Annette worked as an independent psychologist in the assessment of convicted truck drivers (medical-psychological examinations) and human resource development. In order to better understand the human being in all its facets, she got her degree in human medicine (University of Essen). After that, she worked as a manager in several medium-sized companies and corporate groups for about 8 years. Since 2009, Annette has been working independently in the field of profiling and is living her passion ever since...

She is supported by her brother and founding member, Dr. Christopher Tresp. As a computer scientist and long-time CIO in a corporate environment, Christopher is responsible for the digitalization strategy and IT systems.

Annette Tresp - Founder and Managing Director

Assessor, profiler, and expert for talent management

17+ years of leadership experience at senior management level in various industries; 8 years of management experience in corporate groups and medium-sized companies; 3 years of working experience as managing director of an international management consultancy; further experience in the development and management of a sales organization. Internationally-oriented consultant with expertise in HR, sales, and production. Self-employed since 2009.

 

Dr. Christopher Tresp - Founding Member and Partner

COMPUTER SCIENTIST, DIGITALIZATION EXPERT, AND LONG-TIME CIO IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT

20+ years of leadership experience (including several years as CIO) in various industries and DAX30 companies; Many years of international experience in North America and Asia; Expert for IT cost reduction programs and supplier negotiations, ERP and mobility projects, digitalization strategies and digital business models.
